Neil and Mary Ann O’Brien 50th Anniversary (Aug. 24th, 2013)

Neil and Mary Ann O’Brien and their family generously shared their 50th wedding anniversary with the Tin Lizzies.  They had their celebration at the Enchanted Trails RV Park, formerly a trading post on historic Route 66 and now next to I-40.  This 1950’s themed RV park was a great venue for the anniversary party that included a Wurlitzer Organ concert, a BBQ buffet dinner, dancing, and 20’s, 50’s, and 60’s music!  The Enchanted Trail RV park also rents vintage campers and Neil and Mary Ann, and Larry and Lorna were going to spend the night there.  Stan and Janice Gauna were also going to spend the night, but in their spacious motor home.

Mary Ann wore the same wedding dress that she had 50 years previously and Neil found a Tuxedo very similar to the one that he wore a half century ago!  Neil and Mary Ann’s sons, daughters-in-law, and grandkids all contributed by organizing, decorating and serving at the event which was a smashing success!

Thank you very much to the O’Brien family for inviting us to your fabulous celebration!
