Vice President report:Jessica Lance- general info on Ford cars & trucks

Treasurer Report: Marilyn Duncan – Reported the balance in treasury. Budget has no major changes from 2023. Motion by Vern Willan to accept proposed budget. Motion Seconded by Vaughn Rockafellow. Motion passed. Vaughn Rockafelow donated $75.00 to club. New Roster will be issued in early February.

Dave Ferro attended Car Council meeting. Events for the coming year were discussed.

Telephone Report: Linda Riel still calling. If want to be added to list let her know.

Meeting Refreshments & T n Vittles. Lots of opening please let Linda know when you want to volunteer. Last Breakfast 26 people attended. Two Model T’s

Newsletter Report: Marilyn Duncan – Should be out first week in February

Valencia HS Program: Need more volunteers. Car show scheduled for

February 23.

Website report: Sharon Dominguez -Recent activities added to website. Website is down but should be fixed by the end of the weekend.

Hospitality: Cards sent to Rebecca Wiegand, Don Gaines & Scott Stuart.

Librarian: Mark Dominguez books ready to check out.

Quartermaster. Larry Azevedo- still waiting on cam shaft. Vern Willan will audit parts inventory.

Feb 3 will be next work party. Mark Dominguez car fixed at last work party.

Report on Light parade and Dinner. Lorna Azevedo – 25 people attended. 6 cars drove in the Parade. Lots of good food. Installation of new officers held.

New meeting location discussed and selected. Motion made by Vern Willan to move forward with Domingo-Baca location. Motion Second by Dave Ferro. Motion passed.

T n Vittles scheduled for Feb 10,2024. Mark and Sharon Dominguez will host lunch at their home. Please RSVP

Rich Ford Car show scheduled for March 30,2024. (Albuquerque Location)

Raffle held $32.00 collected

Vaughn collected $224 for donations to charity. Motion made by Janice Gauna – Money should be donated to Roadrunner Food Bank. Motion Second Jessica Lance. Motion passed.

Discussion on visit to Sandia Ridge Nursing home. No decision made.

Dario discussed a car show for kids at Tierra Adentro Charter School. He also gave information about the school and students.
