Story and Photos by Mark & Sharon Dominguez
Last month we were scheduled to have T ‘n Vittles at our house, but mother nature had other plans. We rescheduled the luncheon for March, thinking that the weather would be better. Mother nature tried to scare us the night before by snowing on us again. However, come Saturday morning the roads were completely dry! The sun came out and warmed up things nicely, so we were able to proceed with the luncheon.
22 Tin Lizzies were in attendance for the luncheon. We were eating the previously frozen enchiladas from the Tin Lizzie’s Holiday party and asked everyone to bring something to add to this lunch. We had a ton of food that included the red chile cheese and green chile chicken enchiladas to two different types of tacos, posole, pinto beans, salsa, chile con queso and guacamole! We had all kinds of toppings for our food, even some wonderful pineapple chunks and lemon cake for dessert.
Larry Azevedo even drove his Runabout to the lunch.
Thanks to everyone who came to the luncheon.
