Meeting called to order 6:30 PM.
Pledge of Allegiance.
Welcome guest Steve Smith.
Refreshments provided by Guys with Pies.

Vice President Jessica Lance – had nothing to report.
Secretary Fran Gurule – had nothing to report.
Treasurer Marilyn Duncan – reported expenses included postage stamps. Members are paying dues. Tom Miles made a donation.
Car Council Sharron Gellenfeldt – had nothing to report.
Email Jessica Lance – reported all well with emails.
Telephone Linda Reil – reported still making calls.
Meeting Refreshments T n Vittles Linda Reil – reported new sign-up sheets available for next year.
Newsletter Paul Duncan – reported newsletter should be out after December
7, 2024.
Valencia High School Paul Duncan – planning a work day at Larry Azevedo’s shop.
Historian Marilyn Duncan – request for 2006 & 2007 Vintage Ford. Vaughn
Rockafellow will maintain O’Brien’s copies and Duncan’s will maintain John
Haynes copies of Vintage Ford.
Website Sharon Dominguez – posted all recent activities but missing Santa Fe
Tour.
Hospitality Fran Gurule – sent cards to John Haynes brother (sympathy- member passed away) and Brian Dean (get well)
Librarian Mark Dominguez – reported books ready to check out.
Quartermaster Larry Azevedo – reported Kirk Peterson has 2 Transmission
bushings.
Work Parties Larry Azevedo – reported 11/2/2024 they fixed ignition problem with the O’Brien’s touring, replaced Paul Musgrave’s card, John Gibbs removed
Andy’s generator and tested it, worked on Frank’s Transmission and Don’s
Ruckstell. Continuing Montana 500 work.
Larry Azevedo reported visited Sandia Prep on 11/20/2024. Mark & Susan
Wing, Paul & Marilyn Duncan, Larry Azevedo and Dave Ferro & Kinsey gave students rides and explained about T’s and the impact of the model T.
Bernalillo County having a tire take back with up to 9 tires.
Christmas dinner December 7, 2024 art 2:pm. Christmas Light Parade will follow.
Elections held with Mark Wing – President, Paul Duncan – Vice President, Dave
Ferro – Secretary and Marilyn Duncan – Treasurer nominated.
Vaughn Rockafellow made motion to close nominations. Vicki Lujan-Gibbs 2nd motion. Motion passed. Rita Loy Simmons made a motion to accept the nominees as shown. Vicki Lujan-Gibbs 2nd motion. Motion passed.
Vaughn Rockafellow, Jeff Richards, Ray Gabaldon & Stan Guana nominated for Board of Directors. Vote held, ballots counted. New Board members are: Vaughn Rockafellow, Jeff Richards, and Ray Gabaldon.
Paul Duncan nominated Kensie as mascot. No other nominations. Kensie will be mascot for 2025.
Paul Duncan made motion to donate $500.00 to MTFCA. Vaughn Rockafellow 2nd the motion. Motion passed.
Raffle held.
