The Tin Lizzie breakfast for March was hosted by Tom and Cathy Miles at Vic’s Daily Cafe on Osuna. The cars driven that morning included Linda Riel’s 1926 Fordor “LuLu Bell”, Steve Suttle’s 1925 coupe, the Azevedo’s 1921 Faultless Raceabout, the Duncan’s 1920 touring car, and Don Mitchell’s 1927 Tudor. As the weather gets warmer, more club cars will make it to these events.
We had a great turnout of 37 club members and guests. Joining us at this breakfast were long-time Tin Lizzie members Russell and Julie Dilts, formerly of Rio Rancho but now living in New Orleans. It’s great to see our friends Russell and Julie when they’re in town.
Duane and Nita Nichols were also visiting from Wisconsin. The Nichols’ met the Kirk and Susan Peterson and Larry and Lorna Azevedo on the 2012 MTFCA National tour in Lincoln, Nebraska. The Nichols’ own five Model Ts and considering relocating to New Mexico. We’re looking forward to welcoming them to our club if they make the move to the Land of Enchantment!
Thank you Tom and Cathy for hosting this lively and well-attended breakfast!
