Stan and Janice Gauna were the hosts of the Tn’Vittles breakfast on Saturday, March 9th. The breakfast was at Hot Tamales, a popular restaurant in Rio Rancho, (the major city just west of Albuquerque and well known internationally for it’s world-class Intel chip manufacturing plant). Twenty seven Tin Lizzie members showed up but only two Model Ts were driven that morning due to the cool weather and, in some cases, distance from Albuquerque. The Azevedo’s drove their 1912 touring car (that Larry had recently rebuilt), and Don Souther came in his 1924 Tudor driven by his friend Vernon Armstrong. Hot Tamales specializes in Mexican cuisine and also offers a wide-range of breakfast fare. Everyone had a hearty breakfast after which many members proceeded to Larry and Lorna’s house for a work party.
Thank you Stan and Janice for hosting this breakfast!
