GERMAN AMERICAN CLUB ROARING 20’S NIGHT

Tom and Cathy Miles took several Tin Lizzies as their guests to the German American Club for the Roarin’ 20’s Ball on April 10. In attendance were Tom and Cathy, Kirk and Susan Peterson, Nancy and Chuy Rodriquez, Betty Housholder, Neil and Mary Ann O’Brien, and Larry and Lorna Azevedo. We all dressed up in our 20’s finery and entered a costume contest with many other attendees. Cathy Miles won 1 st place in the ladies division with Betty Housholder winning 2 nd place! Larry and Lorna won 2 nd place in the couples division. There were some great outfits to see, and we got lots of new ideas for 20’s fashions. The German American Club made us feel so welcome that we decided this might be a function to attend next year.
