Dean Van Doren, and Linda Riel had coordinated the event with Dennis Snyder, Rich Ford's President and Vice Chairman of the Ford Dealer Council. The Tin Lizzies arrived before 9:30 am and the Club's T's were on exhibit until 3:00. The Tin Lizzies' 14 cars were parked near the local Model A club, the "Poco Quatros" (Little Fours). The day was very hot, but several members planned ahead and brought portable canopies for the occasion. Hot dogs, snow cones, soda, and pizza were provided by the dealership so no one went hungry. The Club also celebrated Kirk's 62nd birthday with Model T cookies made by a family friend.

On the drive home Russell and Julie experienced what they believed to be an intermittent coil problem and stopped along Hwy 313 to troubleshoot. Luckly, the symptoms disappeared and they made it home safely.
