Work Party at the Azevedo's Garage

Larry and Lorna's work party on Saturday, December 11th, was well attended and quite alot was accomplished.  Present were Larry and Lorna Azevedo, Russell and Julie Dilts, Clarence Schritter, Vaughn Rockafellow, Stan and Janice Gauna, Janice's son John Bauer, Don Souther and his friend Vernon Armstrong, Steve Suttle, Mark Wing, Tim O'Brien (Neil and Mary Ann's son), Paul and Marilyn Duncan and their son Patrick.

The first car up for repairs was the Gauna's 1917 fruit wagon suffering from a broken brake band.  John, Stan, and Larry installed a new Kevlar band and the Model T was roadworthy again.  The Christmas Parade in Corrales on December 4th was the first event for this car since it was stored five years previously.
