Tn'Vittles and Work Party at Azevedo's Garage

The July 10th Tn'Vittles was hosted by Dean and Linda at Mick’s Chili Fix on Candelaria. Good food, 31 members and guests or more were there and Dean had reserved parking for the T’s. 6 Cars drove in, including Dean’s 1923 Touring which is its first time showing for the club members in a long time.

After breakfast, a work party was held at the Azevedo garage.  In attendance were Jahn Wright, Stan and Janice and Stan’s brother Mark, Don Mitchell, Russell and Julie, Betty and Michael, Neil and his son and Paul and Marilyn Duncan (new members). We adjusted Stan’s transmission clutch and fixed his carburetor leak. Russell (with the help of Jahn, Don, Neil and his son) pulled out his engine and disassembled it to repair the transmission. Betty and Michael pulled her head (big job because a head bolt broke), installed a new head gasket and ground her valves. She ground two valves herself and cleaned her plugs.
