Russell was focused on repairing stress cracks to his wire wheels on his 1926 touring.  Bob assisted by expertly grinding the cracked areas clean and welding in new metal.  Russell will have to repaint the wheels, but they're now much stronger and safer!

Mark was cleaning up a couple of running boards for a 1925 touring car.  Using Larry's hammers and anvil, the running boards straightened out nicely.  Bob generously filled in excess holes and welded a crack.

The Carpenter's, both Paul and Ken, brought their cars for adjustments and inspection.  Among the repairs were tightening Ken's fan belt on his 1916 speedster.

It was a very busy and productive day.  Our thanks to Larry and Lorna for hosting the event at their well-equipped garage and to the other senior Tin Lizzie members for providing their expert advice.  The Albuquerque chapter of the MTFCA is growing!
