Tn'Vittles Breakfast at Paul and Marilyn Duncan's
House
The Tn'Vittles breakfast for May was held at the home of Drs.
Paul and Marilyn Duncan. Their home is located off of Rio Grande Blvd. in Albuquerque's North Valley area -
the most beautiful and pastoral part of the city. This morning Steve Suttle, Betty Housholder, and the
Mark Wing drove their Model T coupes to the breakfast. The Duncan's 1920 touring car, currently being
restored, was also on display in front of their house as well as Marilyn's 1960 Mercedes Benz 190
sedan.
The Duncan's had prepared a delicious array of dishes including bagels
and gravlax (salmon cured in a dry marinade of salt, sugar, and dill), beef with gravy and biscuits, ham,
muffins, turnovers, jello and fruit salad, fresh fruit, tea and coffee. In addition to Tin Lizzie members,
the Duncan's daughter Lisa (visiting from Oregon), and her friend Jess, both art conservators, were
in town. some of the Duncan's neighbors also attended the breakfast.
